Les Finley

Les Finley is the founder and CEO for Teambuilding-Leader.com.

I  have  been a Senior Professional in Human Resource Management (SPHR) since 1996. I have over 28 years of Human Resource Management experience in the hospitality and health care industries. I have been teaching over 21 years at the community college level in Northwest, Ohio, USA. Les graduated from Bowling Green State University (BGSU), Ohio,USA in 1976 with B. A. in Business Administration. I double majored in Human Resource Management and Industrial/Labor Relations. I completed his Master Degree in Education in 1990 from BGSU. I specialized in training and development, with a focus on adult learning.

Les has a passion for team building,training and organizational development.
